Due to Covid-19 and the impact it has had on our business, we are making some changes to help our company cope better financially with the hardships that have impacted our industry from inflation, product availability and the lack of qualified workers. In summary, we are reducing overhead costs and that will affect some of our service offerings as well as how we communicate with you. The first thing you will notice when visiting is that you may not be greeted immediately by a service writer when you arrive, but instead one of our workers will come out and take care of your needs as soon they can. Also we will rely heavily on electronic communications and scheduling through our website, social media platforms and email or text. When calling, you may have to leave a message until someone can return the call, within a couple hours in most cases.
As far as the changes to our services, the biggest change is that services will need to be scheduled ahead of time through our website, email, text, and social media. We will be limited on the times of day that we can provide some services such as tire repairs, oil changes, and installation of new tires. Little will change for inspections, we will still require scheduling ahead of time and customers can wait or drop off.
THERE WILL BE NO CHANGE IN HOURS OR OPERATION OF THE LICENSE PLATE AGENCY!
